How to update your credit card in Tellspin

Tellspin partners with Stripe to provide a customer portal to update credit cards and billing info.

Note: If you're not the original purchaser of Tellspin, you will need to contact support@tellspin.com to have the customer portal be enabled for your Slack user.

To access the customer portal:

  1. Open the Tellspin App in Slack
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"

How do I upgrade?

Open the Tellspin app in Slack, navigate to the home screen, and click the upgrade button to see a list of options.

What is considered a user?

A user is a unique Slack user included in one or more rotation groups in Tellspin, not your entire Slack workspace. Tellspin calculates on a weekly basis how many users you have.

How do I cancel my subscription?

While we build out our subscription management, you'll need to contact support@tellspin.com. Eventually you'll be able to easily cancel your subscription from within the Tellspin Slack app.

What if I upgrade but then decide I don’t need the service?

No problem - you can cancel your subscription within 60 days for a full refund.

Can I try Tellspin before committing to a subscription?

Yes! Tellspin comes with a free 14-day trial, so you’ll have plenty of time to try it with your team. No credit card required. We also offer a 7-day extension if you need extra time getting the payment approved.

How does Tellspin protect my privacy?

Tellspin requests the absolute minimum permissions to work by default. The permissions are to manage user groups, view user info, and send messages to where the Tellspin app is invited.
